Amaranth leaves are nutitionally similar to beets, Swiss chard and spinach, but are much superior.
Amaranth leaves contain three times more calcium and three times more niacin (vitamin B3) than spinach leaves.
Twenty times more calcium and seven times more iron than lettuce, which simply isn't all that nutritiousitious
Growing Instructions
Select a dry, sunny location. Keep your soil lean. Drainage is key; if soil is clay-filled or damp, add SRIVARNA Potting Mix to improve drainage. Avoid chemical fertilizer.
SEEDLING
1.Put 1.0 Grams of Seeds in a plate under direct SUN Light for an hour before seedling.
2.after sun lighting, take and mix well with 250.0 Grams of SRIVARNA SEED GERMINATION SOIL. (Tested and advised for a better growth of Seeds).
Normally, plants / crops growth ratio of any seeds germination will be 60% - 70%. SRIVARNA SEED GERMINATION SOIL will induce the germination of seeds to 80% to 90%.
3.The mixed seeds to be spreaded out on POTS / BEDS / CONTAINER /ANY GROWING MEDIUM.
4.Ideal seedling ratio is 1.0 Grams mixed with 250.0 Grams SRIVARNA SEED GERMINATION SOIL
5.For better & healthy medicinal plant growth, use SRIVARNA POTTING SOIL (SPOTS) available in both SOIL & COCO PEAT
